Default this little part...why and where?

So im loat here ...thinking about deleting egr and smog and cats ( after motor swap...this ones about had it) anywho i found this little guy plugged in and hooked up to port ( what i think is a water port...see picture at tip of finger) truck runs roung with it plugged in and pluggged there. I took it out and blocked the whole runs a little better but what is this part where does it go and am i right about that whole being aa water port to cool the throttle body?

That looks like the purge solenoid.

Yea well small buttons big fingers so whatever .....and what does said purge solenoid do and where should it be

The purge solenoid is part of the evap control system. when conditions are right it opens to draw fuel vapers from the carbon canister.
If you have to emission test it is required to pass

You can't blame it on fat fingers, you misspelled the same word twice the same way. And the other words that aren't even words, surely your phone has a delete button.

Everything is spelled correctly, except I can't tell if the censored one is. I'll give that one to you though.
