Default Identify this part

Hey all curious I have a 95 f-150 302 5.0 and I have a broken vacuum line but cannot find a diagram as to what it does so I can replace it. I’m attaching a photo.

vacuum actuator for the heat/blend door. there should be a small hose from the end where the broken white hose attaches to the actuator.

A good manual should have the diagram, if there is no longer one in the engine compartment

I have the same thing on my 87.. vacuum line goes to... someplace to the right by the firewall I can't remember.. will check tomorrow if someone doesn't beat me to it

So that’s probably a vacuum leak rn on my truck? I didn’t realize it got a direct vacuum sifinal from engine , lol

woildn explain my lean code at all.... lol... I think I got tubing to fix that
