Default Drive shaft ?

Hi I have bad vibrations underneath when driving at higher speeds and bad clunking noise when slowing down and coming to stop . Can some one please tell me if there is a test to see if my drive shaft is bad or some thing else related.
Thank you

If the vehicle had been running fine, and you haven't done any off-roading or such that may have bent the shaft - first suggestion is to have a good look at your u-joints for any kind of movement...

The first test for a driveshaft (like nearly everything else) is to LOOK at it - it's either bent, rusted, tangled with road debris, or good.

But the u-joints are far more likely to be the cause of the clunk & vibration. So LOOK at them, too.
