Default hard to crank

Hey guys,
New to site and have been reading lots of post trying to get to the bottom of my issue with my 89 bronco 5.0 EFI. The problem is the first start the engine cranks normal but does not start unless either I help it with the accelerator or stop cranking after 1 or 2 seconds and on the second crank it starts normal. If though once its started it dies the engine cranks very slow (kinda like if the timing is too far advanced). If I wait five minuets it will start this process all over. Once the truck is running it idles good, runs good. So here are some of the things I have checked. Timing, fuel pressure and after reading on the site of on board KOER codes I checked and got codes 44 Thermactor air system fault, 33 EGR valve fault / not closing properly, 13 RPM at idle out of range/low and 25 Knock not sensed during Dynamic response test.

Any thoughts on path forward?

As far as the hard starting part try cleaning the terminals on the TPS sensor, I did that and it'll helped a little bit because now I only have to crank it twice and it'll fire up haha

I have checked the TPS as per the manual. Seems to be correct. Mine as well starts right up on the second crank. I did have to retard the timing to 10 once I removed the spout. This seemed to explain the advanced timing cranking but resulted in some power loss. I am currently working on code 44. Trying to find out why the EEC is not supplying a good ground to the TAB solenoid.
