Definitely will look into the timing belt and a complete tune up. Also my truck has a lift kit on it i believe its a 6" but might be 4" and pretty large tires. Dont really like how high it is i might put a 2.5" kit on it. The tires are almost done so what size tire and rims would be best for milage?

The higher you go, the worse mileage you will get.

High Output Ignition Coil, HD spark plug wires, .050-.055 gap, synthetic 5w-30 oil, synthetic 75w-90 differential fluid, spectre air filter, HD distributor cap, HD ignition rotor. That's a start.

If you have a lift on it and large tires, I will have to assume it is 4 wheel drive. Changing your gears to 3.08 ratio would be a highway gear. Keep your foot off the gas and dont race and you will gain mpg.
