Hello all. I'm new to the forum here. Just had a question about an issue I have regarding my '94 F150. While stopped at a red light, my truck won't immediately downshift into 1st gear (It's an automatic), but when it does, it nudges forward, and sometimes it feels as if someone lightly rear-ended me. If I put it in neutral as I approach the light, everything is fine, and it goes into first gear smoothly when I put it in drive. Shifting is smooth when driving, it just hesitates on downshifting when at a stop. Was curious if anyone has had this issue before. Thank you all!
