Bad shifting issues
Hey all!
1995 F150 5.0l 4R70W 4X4 floor shift
Been having intermittent issues with my trans not wanting to shift past 2nd, or feeling like it kicks into neutral when it hits 3rd.
TPS was replaced a couple years ago (got the truck cheap cause dude thought the trans was bad and wanted to get rid of it cheap, it just wouldn't downshift). After a couple days of this and the engine light flickering on and off, it ran / drove beautiful today, aside from the hesitation into reverse it's had since I've owned it.
So i look into stored codes, and it's throwing a couple for the throttle position sensor being out of range, and insufficient input from the speed sensor to the ECM.
Makes it sound like a wiring issue more than a sensor. Do they share a common ground somewhere maybe?
Any help appreciated!

I had my transmission rebuilt about 1 year ago (July 2021). Randomly ever since I have been getting issues with gear changes, my speedometer going crazy (jumping around while driving, suddenly jumping down 5-10+mph on the dial for no reason), and various things clearly related to my transmission. After not starting the truck for a night or a few days, everything works normally. However, if i use the truck multiple times during the day (which is most days) I begin to have major problems. I cannot attach the videos because they are long and exceed the file limit size so I am attaching a link to my Microsoft OneDrive folder that has the videos in them, I am also posting descriptions below of each video. It has problems shifting when first putting the truck into drive, sometimes it randomly jumps to 5th gear and won't come back down, sometimes it refuses to shift out of 1st gear. Sometimes it happens for a second or two randomly and then doesn't happen again the rest of the drive, other times it is so bad I physically cannot move the truck. When it does begin to happen on the road I usually pull over, turn the truck off and turn it back on again. Sometimes I need to do this 3-5 times before it actually works. Has anyone seen, heard, or experienced this issue before? Please set me in the right direction, I need to figure this out. I am obviously bringing it back to the mechanic who rebuilt the transmission but am looking for guidance from here as well to hopefully point him in the right direction, especially if this is something people have experience with and know what fixed it. Please help!!

Vid1 - Truck is traveling at 45-55mph and randomly/suddenly stopped showing speed, RPM, avg MPG, current MPG
Vid2 - Truck will not shift out of 1st gear, RPM racing high and truck moving at around 25mph
Vid3 - Speedometer and RPM gauge jumping around - happens quickly in the first few seconds
Vid4 - Large jumping on the speedometer, selective downshifting towards the end of the video
Vid5 - Truck stays in 5th gear while driving at low speeds, less than 20mph
