Default 93 shaking

I have a 93 with a 5.0 and just did the front seal and water pump. Now when I got it all back together I drove it and it was shaking. Might of thought it was cause it's been sitting for a couple days. Not the case. Still shaking 2 days after installing the new parts. So does anyone know what might have happened? There is a tab like metal bracket that covers the harmonic balancer almost touching it that I accidentally bent. Bent it back to how it was maybe it sits a little higher now. Can someone tell me what that was and what could be causing the shaking

There is a metal tab that you use with a timing light, but it's not a crank sensor. Those didn't show up till 96 (identified by a star shaped ring behind the vibration damper).
Can't think of anything on the front of the motor that would make it shake. No way you could have put that vibration damper back on wrong is there ? It does help balance the motor.
I'd look for any wires you might have knocked loose while you were working on it.
