Default 302 Stroker Kit?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. But I cant find a solid answer anywhere.

Now I know the Mustang and F150 have a few differences (One of those being the firing pattern)

Now is this just an electrical ignition difference or are the crank shafts different as well?

I want to get a stroker kit and I want to know if I can get just any 302 stroker kit or if I need one designed specifically for the F150 302?

Different camshaft and injector wiring. The F150 5.0 changed firing order around '94.

Regardless of firing order, the crankshafts didn't change. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think 5.0 trucks with MAF all have the HO firing order.

If you want good info on a stroker kit for your 302 then find a reputable machine shop. Any automotive machinist worth his salt can point you in the right direction, whether it's having him do the entire build or reworking your block and supplying the parts to do it yourself.

Also, I may have misread your question about the crankshafts. Are you asking if they're different between stangs and trucks? Or are you asking if they're different on a stroker? Because you have to get a new crankshaft when you do a stroker build since you're changing your throw geometry.

302 crankshafts are the same regardless of firing order. I've seen the best deals on stroker kits at adperformance.
