I have a Single Cab 2wd 96' F150 that had a 4.9 Inline 6 in it. It blew up and destroyed the block so i have to look for a New Motor. Would a Inline 6 Feom a 95' Single Cab 2wd F150 be identical with the hook ups and wiring and everything?

No, but the '96 wiring & a few '96 parts can be swapped onto the '95 engine to make it compatible with the '96 truck.
