1993 F150 4x4 makin loud click underneath somewhere when
When I take off fast, there is a loud click that occurs once, that I can not pinpoint what it is Sounds towards middle to rear of truck underneath. Wondering if any suggestions. thanks in advance .

Sounds like slop in the drivetrain. Crawl under and try to rotate the driveshaft by hand. If it moves, your click is the slack being taken up when you apply power.
While you're under there it couldn't hurt to check your u-joints for slop, grease em (if they have nipples), and check the bolts are tight. Another thing that comes to mind is axlewrap, have a look at the rear diff and see if theres anything the pinion could rotate up to and smack.
