Default 1990 302w efi to to 1987 351w carb conversion

I have a 1990 Ford F-150 302 efi and would like to swap a 351 with a carb from a 1987 f150 into it using the parts from the 1987. My question is will the wiring from the 1987 f150 swap over I’m worried about the gauges and if the transmission which I believe is a e4od will work with it.

No, and it's illegal everywhere (even places without vehicle inspections), and it's a BAD idea. If you do it, you might as well switch to solid-rubber tires, acetylene headlights, and an ice block for A/C.

I have to agree. There are so many 302's out there which would run better than a carb 351. I replace a EFI 302 in an 90 F150 with a EFI 351 and it wasn't a picnic. I am no stranger to engine swaps, I had less trouble putting a EFI 302 in a 88 Ranger I had.
