Default rough riding question

When I get to going as fast as 55 up to 90 mph my truck shakes really bad but it doesn't affect my steering too much. What could I do to fix this or what should I check for?

Well thanks for having me in this forum
Also my truck is a 1994 F-150 ext.cab long wheelbase with 351 5.8 motor and yes it's 4x4 off road package
And I think the shaking is coming from the front of the truck but I do know at like 80 and up it shakes so bad it rattles the dash and door panels.

It's probably because you suck at driving. Just messing with you

check your rear tires for bulges (you said the steering wasn't all over the place so its probably not the front tires) also check your drive line for play. check your back tires to see if they got weights on them to keep them balanced.

I have beads in my tires instead of balance weights so I know all 4 tires are balanced.
Any other ideas?

Front end alignment was the first thing that came to mind.

Maybe front end parts like tie rod ends or ball joints.

My Taurus shook like hell in the front end at anything above 45 MPH. Went all through it and when it was all said and done a new set of tires solved the problem.

Could be something in the front wheel drive system. You could try dropping the drive shaft and see if that smooths out the steering.

Just different things that come to mind.
