Default Rotor interchange

My rusty 95 needs rotors and the pull and pay will be having a 40 percent off sale soon, while looking on Autozones website up to 94? had one number and 95 has another so what is the difference and will older rotors work on the 95.

Some trucks have rotors and some have the hub in the rotor. 93-95 should work together as long as you get what works for your truck.

The zone is not an authority on anything. And you shouldn't waste your time or money on JY rotors. Look up the correct Ford/MC PN on TascaParts, RockAuto, or FordParts; and then shop Amazon & ebay for the lowest price on new ones. This is my opinion:

I did find a pair of rotors off a 95 in the junkyard that were recently replaced and much better now,I would have bought new rotors but the truck has a rusty frame and its days are numbered so used parts for it.

I put new aftermarket rotors, with motorcraft pads, on my '94 4x2 for $120.

Any junkyard rotor is probably going to need to be turned before putting it on the truck anyway.

You can't know that a rotor doesn't need to be turned without mounting it on a lathe first; and at that point, you might as well resurface it no matter what. Did you clean all 4 mating faces of the hub, rotor, & wheel?

New motorcraft rotors are probably a safe bet, but I would probably go with JY parts over some white box mystery metal rotors made from the finest chinesium.

If the frame was not rusty where the rear bumper bolts on it would have got new rotors, trying to find a good F250 frame to put under it.
