Hi can some one please tell me if the pitman arm can wear out on 1994 f150 4x4.

There are really no moving joints but in rare cases it can wear out. I had one wear out on my 87 years ago. I was always nearly shearing off the cotter pin above the connecting nut repeatedly and having to retorque the nut because of some slop.

 

Why are you asking? Did someone tell you it was worn out? Or do you see something on it that looks worn? Post pics.
