Lift Block Install
Been a while since I have installed lift blocks. The kit I ordered has lift blocks with one side of the block slightly thinker than the other. Exactly which way do I install them to keep everything right.
Here is what the directions say, "Thick end of the block should be placed to the center of the vehicle."
I know if the blocks were completely flat that sometimes you have to shim them to keep everything lined up but even which way you shim them I have forgotten.

The directions sound crystal clear to me, thick side toward the center of the vehicle.
Hopefully this shows up how I want it to
F c B
F is the front, B is the back, c is the centerline of your truck. Imagine you're standing to the driver side of your truck looking at it. If your putting the block on the front half of the vehicle you put the thick side facing back (toward center) and if its going on the rear you would put the thick side facing forward (toward center)

Is it just a block that sits on top of the springs? Is his pinion on the back of his axle for some reason? I'm trying to imagine it in my head so I could be wrong, but if a slightly wedge shaped piece were put in wouldn't it rotate toward the skinnier side? So if it was between two flat surfaces, the bottom surface have to rotate clockwise ( looking at it from the drivers side) to meet the bottom surface of the wedge evenly?
