Front End Rattle
I've got a front end rattle on a stock 92 F-150 2wd. Just did all new ball joints and tie-rod ends less than 2,500km ago. Seemed the rattle went away (I think but not 100% certain) after doing that work but I just heard it again the other night while driving with the window down. From what I can tell, it seemed to be coming from the front driver's side. I used Moog Problem Solver components as they seemed to be the most trusted for these trucks. Any chance one of these would have failed already? From talking with a few guys around here these trucks seem to be notorious for having a front end rattle. Is there anything that is generally the most common culprit? Thanks.
I'd hate to say it but it's easier just to get used to it I've never heard a 90s ford that didn't have a front end rattle or squeak my 95 flareside 2w drive rattles horribly but that happens when you are out on mud roads rescuing your 4x4 chevy buddies
