This will also cover if the leafs are old and sagging! My guess is 6” or more front coils. You could put shorter coils also. Not sure how high you want it. Look up lift kits for the truck and see what you have and what you can/want to swap. Whatever what way you go, keep in mind lowering front or raising rear will change driveshaft angles and need to be corrected.

Yeah, this is a route I was thinking as well. Of course this will mean shocks too for probably a little over a hundred bucks. You're right about the drive shaft angles of course.

Not sure your funds, but if you could swing it, I would buy a whole lift kit. All new parts, complete kit and the height you want it. I would personally run a 4” kit. What size tires?

It has 35s. I was really hoping not to dump a boatload of money into this since I have other projects on deck, so I'm going to see if I can maintain that goal. I may just get 6-in blocks for now and then do a complete lift next year.

look at lift companies and buy one of their pinion shims, set of springs and shocks. That will get your back up and see where stance sits. You might be good with it then!
Look to make sure they didn’t use coil pucks (thick isolators ) as well as taller springs to lift it even more.
