Hi, i installed the all new steering linkage and tie rod ends , did not solve the problem , all ball joints on the wheels are ok and i also could not find any play in the radius arms or axle bushings , when i mounted the linkage i found that the rod where the pitman arm attaches to the Power steering gear box has some play? could that be the problem?
thanks

If you are talking about the big end where the shaft runs through it, then, yes being loose there is scary unsafe and perhaps noisy as well.

Assuming it has the bolt on brackets, that isn't a bad job at all. Knock the big nuts loose, take all the bolts out of the brackets change bushings, put it back together. That is the one place I use the urethane bushings. An impact wrench really helps, but it can be done with a big ratchet / breaker bar.
