Default Axle hitting bottom of bed

So I just installed a flip kit on my 2wd 91 f150 that was supposed to drop my truck 5". (I think it did a little more) Now the top of my axle hits my bed and makes the ride very rough when going over bumps. Any suggestions on how to avoid this!? I'm trying to stay away from having to notch my bed. Is air ride helper springs a good alternative?
Thanks.

Sell the truck & buy a car. They ride that low to begin with.

well that is a pretty good solution. other than installing some kind of bump stop to limit your travel, its being dropped too far.
