Default need highrise manifold off.

Ok I have a 92 5.0 and I'm doing a rear main seal in I need the highrise off to gain an extra 12" to the hoist height (yes you have to pull it) my question is how do I get to the only torque bolt on there sockets are too big to fit through and tall to fit underneath. Any tools you may know of? Or tricks to this problem help please. Thank you.

google open end torque wrench

Yeah it's a torx bit head bolt but the sockets are too big to fit either way (through top or bottom).

Just drop the trans to do a rear main. Its alot faster and alot easier.

I just bought a long torx tip and put it on a socket adaptor. You also probably be able to get a long T-handle torx driver
