Default Cranks but won't start... HELP!

Iv had this problem multiple times.. The first time I had it I replaced the coil pack, distributor cap, rotor button, and finally the ignition control module (which was the issue) it ran fine for a few months the the ignition control module went out again. I got it replaced and it ran fine for another couple and months and went out a third time. Now I'm here it has the same symptoms but won't start I had the the ignition control module tested and it's fine. I went ahead and replaced the alternator because it needed to be replaced any way. I checked to see if my spark plug would spark if I put it against the block and it did. I also check my fuel from my shrader valve and I have good fuel pressure. I'm just at a complete loss and need help. Also I have a new optimum red top battery in my truck so that's not the issue either. Thanks.

You have to check fuel pressure with a gauge. 20 psi will shoot fuel way up in the air but won't run the truck.
All the ICM's that keep going out - are you using the right one ? There are 2 different types, black and grey.

I would spray some starting fluid in the intake and see if you get any response from it. That way you would know if you have an ignition problem or a fuel delivery problem.

It might not be a "hot" enough spark it should be a blueish white color. I would check you ignition wiring for nicked wires (grounding) and/or loose connections.

Hope this helps
