Default fuel slow down

95 f-150 4x4 duel tanks, back tank don't work. replaced front pump, TPS, press. reg, rebuilt injectors.
runs fine until warmed up, or I should say hot. Then it slows down like it's going to stall because of lack of fuel.
Switch from back to front tank a couple times, then it picks up again? Back tank doesn't even work? Why is it doing this?

This is a bit of a stretch, but maybe there is an issue in the wires causing the fuel pump to not always get the amount of power it needs.

It only does this when the engine has been running for a while and more often on hot days
