Default AC voltage regulating problem

I hope someone has some suggestions. I have a 1993 F150 XL. I have factory air. I have a problem with the system discharging with too much demand. I've changed alternators and I am just short of replacing the AC compressor. The discharge mainly happens when I am running the headlights, AC, and I am breaking. The gauge on the dash dips low as if the systems is being drained. Anyone know what's happening?

Default Good belt

Yeah, that can be a concern. Belt is good, tight, no swelling.

There is a regulator on the alternator itself. I've changed the alterator 3 times. Not sure it's the regulator on the alternator still being the problem.. ANY THOUGHTS

No, actually I was trying to keep this bumped for you until someone more knowledgeable came along. But I have seen here where folks have gone through numerous rebuilt alts and had issues.

I know I had an 89 and when I replaced the alt with an after market rebuilt, years ago, it did not charge as strong as the original Ford.

Did you get the correct amp output? if there are multiple choices?

Default Valuable input

I appreciate your help. The last 2 alternators have been at least 70 amp alternators. The current one actually works well, but has not solved the problem. Could it be as simple as bad aftermarket products. Its worth consideration. Your input is good. Any thoughts about taking it to a ford dealer service department.I hate to leave it and have them charge me for diagnostic without solution.

You'll get an answer, they will probably charge you out the wazoo, but at this point it may have to happen.
