Default Wiring question

I'm installing new switches that I got from OTRATTW and I have a quick question. The switches I got have 2 different color LED's, one comes on when the switch is on and the other is to come on at night when its dark and I have headlights etc on. I have everything wired and ready to go but cant figure out the best place to tie into so that the one light comes on when my ignition is on? Any suggestions? Truck is 2013 XLT

Use a multimeter in your passenger fuse box to find a switched fuse.

Passenger footwell, behind the panel on the right side.

Tapping into the micro fuses are somewhat tricky plus there is very limited space inside the fuse compartment. There is an accessory wire located within the ignition switch harness located under the steering column. The wiring you're looking for is violet/green use a t-Tap or scotchlock connector and always use fuses when adding aftermarket wiring to your vehicle. Hope this helps

If you want to use the passenger side fuse box give fuse 38 a try (it's delayed accessory)...also, get yourself a multimeter. A decent one can be had for less than $30. You'll be surprised how often it comes in handy.
