spyder projectors + HID?

I got them installed and they look good but the light output is only ok. I think there is an issue with the passenger side headlight, the beam pattern/cutoff is crap and wings up to the left and right. Plus the light output on that same light is less than the driver side. I switched bulbs just to rule it out and confirmed switching the bulbs made no difference to the intensity. I put a query into protuninglabs.com and they sent me a link to send a query to spyder directly. Not really the customer support I was hoping for but I guess that may be just the next step.

Update - got them looking real good.
So it turns out there is a small adjustment screw to focus the light. It is on the metal projector housing itself, right next to the bulb. The passenger side was way off, and this fixed it.
I readjusted the aiming of the lights again. The cutoff is ok. Not the best cutoff I've seen when shining them against a wall from a short distance, but you'd think they were perfect otherwise.
The only advise Spyder gave was "don't use HIDs, but if you do then use 35w". So I put the halogens back in and then did the focusing then aiming. You really can't see the little extra upsweep I was talking about because the halogen light just isn't strong enough to make it noticeable. But I did get everything dialed in with the halogens and was actually satisfied with the final results. Looks good, good light output. Then I put the HIDs back in, even better
It took a lot more adjusting than I was expecting but the final results are pretty great, very happy with them now.
Also I picked up the led foglights and just added those, solid addition. From this thread : https://www.f150forum.com/f38/found-...-cheap-367725/
Next thing to do is to figure out the Forscan app to enable daytime running lights....

FYI - Here's some output shots with the H7 projectors and a quality HID setup (Hylux 35w ballast, Yeaky 5500k bulbs) at about 25ft away. I have to believe these are the same projectors since they're both H7. I did some rotational adjustment after this to level it out, but here's the output:
