I am wanting more light to see my back up camera at night and found some replacement LED's for my backup lights on F150LEDS.com. Anyone familiar with them and is this a good alternative to what I have now?
I heard a while ago that some people were unhappy with the quality of the f150LEDs product, but that may have improved. My personal preference is 35W halogens from Princess Auto. The stock back-up lights are just inadequate, no matter whos bulbs you stick in them.

I'm glad I saw this. I have been planning on buying basically everything they have to revamp all of my lights. I'm going to take some more time to research a little better.

Pair of led backup lights under the back bumper, wired to reverse, did the trick for me.
This is what I'll probably do. I dont like the look of them hanging below the bumper and I dont have the ***** to cut my bumper to embed them, so I'll probably ponder on this a bit longer lol
I got these after another forum member suggested them on the under $50 mod thread. I'm content with them at $22. I don't have a back up camera. I couldn't see anything with the factory reverse lights, and these are a night/day difference. I can see everything now - great lighting even through my tint.
I'd still like to get some cubes or something just for fun, but I'd like to do some other mods first. More of a learning experience kind of thing since I've never wired anything in like that, not a lighting issue as those replacements are sufficient. Those were a quick and effective fix.

CUBES are the way to go for reverse lights. Just put them under your bumper and tap them into the existing reverse wires. I have four back there and it looks like headlights coming out of the rear You can get a set of four of these LED cubes on Amazon for like 40 bucks.
