Default Replace or add?

Hey guys.

Another question here. My '93 XLT has the stock headlights currently. While I'm chasing things and redoing them, should I swap to a better overall light and/or just add better? I don't want super expensive, but i'd actually like to be able to see.

Living in Ohio I know I'll for sure need fog lights with all this wonderful fluffy sun we've had this season.

Debating a light bar?

Thoughts and opinions please.

get yourself some clear headlight housings(non fluted) and do a projector retrofit with HIDs..very simple and if you get the right ones its not all that expensive

Any ideas where to start looking for them? Also, don't HIDs require a rewire for safety purposes?

so ignore those? ok.

Those are just the headlights themselves right? no turn/markers? or brakes?
