Morimoto XB Headlight Issue

So I’ve been having a couple issues with one of my headlights and am currently trying to figure it out with Retrofitsource Tech support.

1. Driver side DRL doesn’t light up when unlocking my truck it does light up once key is inserted into ignition or remote start is activated.

2. Driver side DRL is brighter when lights are on

3. Noticed today that 2-3 diodes are out on the drivers side.

I was one of the first to receive my headlights so might just be a issue with the first batch.

The 2-3 diodes that are out on drivers side... Does it look like this?

If so, please let me know how they handle it. I had my dealer buy mine from the same company you did. I don't want to run with the stock halogen light on one side and wait until they receive it, repair it and ship it back... They should send us new ones that we can immediately replace it with!
