Default LED strip

Who sells the brightest most durable waterproof amber LED strip?
I want to put Amber LED strips under my running boards.

What you want are LED kits for under your truck. Try to avoid LED strips, as they can break/etc... you want an LED Undercar Kit... search for that. There are a lot of companies that make them these days, so I don't know who's the best but I'd check eBay and look at the reviews.

Remember, look for LED Undercar Kit. it should come with 4 bulbs 2 shorter and 2 longer, it's an easier installation and more durable for under the truck.

I used to work in the neon industry WAY back in the day when neon was REALLY big and nobody had lights on cars. Then things moved to cold cathode tubes, and then LED tubes, and LED is where it is now.

The problem with LED is you used to get dead spots from where the LED did not shine but I imagine that's been resolved these days.

I used to have LED kits on my site but the company I bought from seemed to be getting out of that industry.

I used LED strips from ebay, they have 3M on them and stuck okay, but I used black RTV to seal up all connections and to help hold them onto the boards. I wired them into my dome wiring. Ignore the little circle patterns on the ground. They arent there anymore. Since these are 2013 boards on my 2007, there were some extra holes in them. The holes have since been filled. I used 4 1' strips on each board. Cost all of $6.99 shipped. Been 6 months and no problems.

Yeah, the reason is because as you can see he had to go above and beyond to install them with silicon.

These are the kits I used to recommend but I dunno if they sell them. I'll inquire with the manufacturer and find out:

I just looked on their website and they don't have Amber which is the color I'm looking for since I will be using these as a turn signal function as well.

Yeah, $7 and some silicone sure beats a couple hundred. They have been flawless since install and I would do it again.
