Default How to wire the reverse/aux lights on Ranchhand sport rear bumper

So I figured out how to get the Licence plate lights working, but on to my next question. Where am I supposed to wire these to? The rear wires in taillight housing or just to the 4 pin tow harness? If the harness which is the reverse wire. Any help on how to wire this would be greatly appreciated. Also any easy way to make the lights come on at will in addition to automatically upon reverse.

There are a few threads in the how to section that might help. Not 2010 specific but will definitely help.

Thanks, unfortunately I don't have that much wire. They gave me a short line for each side with a hot and ground on one end and a plug for the light on the other. Leads me to believe that it is meant to go from taillight or tow harness. I'll look more in other parts of the thread

You can run the power to your trailer plug but you are gonna need a relay and lead from your reverse lights to trigger the on/off.

I am not sure the 2009-2014 have any trailer sensing ability. If not you could solely use the trailer plug harness.

Follow the 4 pin back behind the bumper. If there are extra wires there you can easily convert to 7 pin and utilize that wiring.
