Hey guys, need some help here. New to the forum and a proud new owner to a 2011 FX4. I'm trying to figure out what this is in my headlight housing. Runs to a 3amp fuse by the battery and wires directly from the object in the headlight housing to a smaller black box., as well as too a switch inside the cab. Well a push button any ways. Any ideas?

Perhaps a hide-away strobe?

Does it not do anything when you power it?

No power too it right now, and not sure why. Fuse looks good going to check the wiring through and through soon.

My guess is someone replaced the turn signal bulb with something else... not sure what it is... put your turn signals on, what happens? Need a better photo, not such an up close one.

Got it figured out...found a broken wire under the carpet. Turns out to be hideaway strobe lights. Thanks for the help guys.
