Default How to adjust headlights and fog lights to not blind people

I have just ordered new anzo headlights and morimoto fog lights. I was curious if the forum can help me not be that guy by blinding oncoming traffic. How do I properly adjust these to be level? Do I start with marking off how my current lights align on my garage door from a set position? Any tips from the forum?

With the rig parked on level ground like 25' from a wall, you measure from the ground to the center of the headlight bulb, oem has a little dot marked for this. Then you mark or measure on the wall so your 1.5-2" lower. I'm pretty sure the owners manual has the info. Thanks for not being a dick, I put on a little light bar just to blind the people who could care less

Running LED bulbs in my OEM reflector housings i went a bit lower than factory recommendations. Using Supernova V.30 leds which have excellent cutoff and wide spread I can get good illumination down road with a drop 2 1/2 to 3 inches. KM
