I was wondering if it is at all possible to install 04-08 headlights in a 97-03 truck. I have a 98 f-150 and I don't like the style of headlights at all, I like the 04-08 headlights way better, so I figured I'd ask about the possibility of installing them.

Anything is possible with enough time and $$$$.
In your case, you'd need both for that kind of project. You should be able to bolt 04-08 headlights directly in place on your 98.*

*Front clip from 04-08 retro'd to your 98 is required for this installation. If this modification has not been done, please don't try it.
