accent lights

when you guys are putting your accent lighting in the cab. Are you wiring them to come on when door/interior lights come on or do you have them running at all times when the lights are on?

I have mine run to an aux switch on the dash.

Ya im still undecided on how i want to do it. A 3 way switch would be ideal. but if i remember correctly the interior lights are triggered by the ground connection?
