This got to be most confusing thread. I am ready to pry open headlights once again to install flicker diode and would like to make sure fogs are properly put in. Can someone please show a picture of the bulb with shield position highlighted ?

I did as you said and emailed you. I got a reply back from someone other than you asking me the same exact questions. Since you and I are on the same page is there any way that you can handle this for me. I don't want to drive around much longer with one headlight out as I can't just go up to the store and replace it.

So I've tried both ways and the shield on top seems to work best. Stinks I can't get the diodes exactly at 3 and 9. They are slightly off center. Needs to have a hole just in between the two. I do like the light output. It's better than stock halogens by a good amount. Overall I'm happy.

Fyi the shield on the top allows them to produce glare that'll blind oncoming traffic.

The shield on the bottom adds a sort of cut off and prevents glare.
