Default 4x4truckLED too bright?

I've had them in my 15 (2.5" leveling kit) for about 2 months now. Low beams and fog. All I get is pissed off drivers flashing their lights at me and flicking me off. Lastnight I finally got pulled over. Although I did not recieve a citiation, I do not want this to become a FREQUENT THING. Has anyone had to make any adjustments because these are too bright? I love the brightness btw but others do not.
Thanks

You DID adjust your lights after installing them, right? You can't leave your headlights at the factory/old height. They are brighter and DIFFERENT then your halogen so you need to ALIGN your headlights, or ... you'll get people flashing you and throw light TOO high.

If you aim them down/properly you won't have issues.

Out of the box and installed without any alignment, they will be too high.

ANY TIME you change out bulbs you should always align your headlights btw

Try getting a 6" lift btw... on my truck I have them cranked as low as I can go. Luckily it's just enough (I have mine even lower then I have to, but that's because as I said, 6" lift, trying not to be "that guy" with the 6" lift who's shining his lights into the back of you)

On the top of your headlight is a little opening, where you will see a white screw looking thing. You put a philips screw driver in this opening and turn.

Check your owners manual for info on how to align your headlights

I get flashed when I have my fog lights on with low beam. Do I need to adjust those as well ?

Yeah you have to adjust your lights. Fogs and headlights. Fogs will be aimed too high with the amount of light you are putting out. Aim them down a bit and you'll get results like this:

Look in the operations / owners manual that came with the truck. It has a procedure for adjusting them. I had to adjust my headlights and fogs also.
