Question truck load

can i haul a 375 gallon container in the bed of my 2004 f150 short bed

Weight-wise, empty: yes. Full of water: no as it will be 3000 pounds

Space-wise: not sure what the container is shaped like so I can't comment on that but 375 gallons is about 50 cubic feet and your bed is somewhere around 50 as well. Depends on the container.

What liquid are you putting in there? Water, gas, deisel, air...
Physically it will fit.
Weight wise water weighs 8.34 lbs per gallon. So if you fill it up it will squat plenty. 3127 lbs plus container
