OP's issue is that they are using a non-Ford brake controller and wondering why it doesn't Integrate with truck.

Answer - it won't.

OP, you need a Ford OEM controller if you want to integrate with the truck AND it must be activated by a dealer or with FORScan.

I installed my the OEM TBCM and it works flawlessly. Had to learn the hard way...
