Probably. But leveling a truck you tow with is pretty stupid to begin with. That said, lots of people do it.

Why would you be "getting a level in the spring" when "my current setup im perfectly level"?

If you're already level, you don't need a level, and doing anything to raise the front will give you the Carolina squat.

because when not towing i like the level look instead of the raked look bit obvs thats not going to be the case while towing unless using bags . I most likely will just leave it alone . But i do see raised trucks towing campers was just wondering how they did it while staying level

Were you thinking about it or are you still thinking about it
Go ahead and level it up!

Wait, why do you want to add a level in the spring (season?)
You going to add a level to the current level? How does that work?

What is a front level?

It sounds like you will currently need bags to stiffen the rear for the current level once you connect a trailer.
If you go ahead and level your truck, I think you'll need bags to keep it level with a trailer connected.

Look, I'm going to level with ya!
Maybe we need to step back and try again?

You want to level your truck, great. Go for it. It will probably sag below level with a trailer connected.
If it is already leveled, same thing.

If it is not currently leveled, why is it level and why do you want to add a level if it's leveled.
Are we on the same level now?

Are you using a weight distribution hitch? The whole point of them is to keep the truck level while towing. If you have the factory rake, it keeps the factory rake but the whole truck will be about 1/2" lower give or take. If your not using one with that big of a camper you definitely should be.
