I own a 2020 2.7 eco boost, 3.73 gears, crew cab, 2wd, 53a tow package, 1600 payload, HD RAS in the back, OEM P tires before and LT-E tires now. I tow a Grand Design 2400BH, 29' long, 5700lbs dry, 7500lbs gvwr, around 7000lbs when I tow. I tow it just fine and dandy in the hills of eastern TN, up the smokies and back down again. Your truck is more than enough. Get a WDH and tension the spring bars very well. If your truck sits level or still has some rake then you're good to go. If it squats then raise the WDH tension until level. If it still squats then RAS will help but you may not even need it. WDH is the real key to your towing comfort.

Interstate towing at sub 70mph will be fine. Suck/Push of passing vehicles and semis is very manageable. LT-E tires helped here more than RAS did. My P tires were Hankook DynaPro HTs at 47psi cold when towing. My LT-E are Cooper Discoverer AT3s also set to 47-50psi cold when towing.

53b (class-IV hitch) tow limit of 7000lbs is not about your suspension, payload, drivetrain or powerplant. It is only about your engine and transmission cooling not being upgraded (and a stiffer front sway bar). You should have no problems with temps, that 7000 lbs rating is derived from SAE J2807 tow test which requires Ford certifying that your vehicle can haul 7000lbs up a mountain in the desert at temps at or above 100F without overheating, same for braking. While your trailer has more frontal area for wind drag, the fact that you do not live in the hot mountainous desert gives you plenty of margin.

If you use a weight distribution hitch instead of "conventional" it should be higher, I am a little surprised it is not 500 without it

My understanding is that this is base tow package. Only 4 pin connector, class 1 hitch, no brake controller - hence the low tow weight.
