Recommendations for a WDH?
Welcome to the forum. Have you read any of the threads discussing WDHs?
No, they are not all the same.
In general, the more you spend, the better the quality and capabilities. That said, it all depends on what you're going to tow, and how easy you want the hookup to be.
I'd strongly advise you spending some time reading this section of the forum and seeing what people say.

I like the Blue ox sway pro, since it uses chains a lot of people associate it with the old style WDH without sway control, it is not. It is much quieter then many of the others.
The equalizer 4 point gets good reviews too.
If I was not close to the TV limits with the trailer I would look at the Anderson. Interesting design but it does not return as much weight to the front axle.
Edit:
I would add that I would only consider one with built in sway control for a travel or box trailer. Others are less likely to need it but it never hurts to have it.

The equalizer 4 pt as mentioned is probably the best in the mid-grade line. Your question is a bit open ended. The bigger the trailer, the more important it is to have the better wdh. Some wdh have bars that hang down kind low causing a low clearance. Some have a better sway control system built into the design. Tell us what you have as a truck, including the payload (amount you can carry) that you will find on a yellow sticker in the door jam, and the trailer details, kind, size, loaded weight, and we can give you much better advise.
