Default looking for shocks recommendations

Hello, I have a 2014 F150 FX2 with Max tow package. I need to replace all the shocks due to miles (93K). the truck over all drives well, I just replaced the tires and will be getting a wheel alignment; but before the alignment is done I want to replace the shocks. I tow a hybrid Rockwood Roo 23IKSS with the truck, dry weight is around 5700 lbs.

I'm looking for recommendations for shocks:

Bilstein and KYB are on top of my list, I did a search but the info is conflictive because most stuff I found is listed for 4WD trucks. Anyone with a 2wd truck has any experience/good results with their shock selection? could you please share the info?

Everything I find suggests bilstein 5100 with Eibach 2.0 springs.

I’m tossed between a Belltech my local guy can get for me, 5100 or a full eibach 2.0 strut pack.

got bilstein 4600 in the rear already I guess from the previous owner or dealer. So no hurry to change them.

got too many other projects to complete to put this on the priority list

the thing is I'm not lifting, the truck I just want better shocks for an improved ride while towing, I don't mind spending the $$$ but I don't think fox shocks are the answer for my 2wd stock height truck.

Then you need the Bilstein 5100/4800 in the rear, 4800 in the front. DONE.

5100s on all 4 corners. Just keep the front at the stock setting.

they were a huge stiffer upgrade over my stockers, and leveled, not lifted 2wd. You could collapse stockers easy, these take some arms to compress compared to stockers

I have Bilstiens 5100s all around. My comment is when towing fully loaded I would like a little bit more dampening in the rear. But I’m not gonna change them out as it is acceptable

Probably the best comparison of the 4600 vs the 5100.

Someone put the 4600 shocks on my 2020 FX4. Until they are worn out, I am not going to switch them out just because. Cost wise, no reason not to use them. Especially if you're staying with the stock height.

I ended up with the KYB truck plus shocks with the 2" spacer, I will post a review about them once I put a few miles on the shocks/struts.
