Can you put them through the rear slider? The newer ones are a pretty small opening, but I've done this many times with my current trucks.

The least expensive 14' utility trailer is probably the # 29SA http://bigtextrailers.com/29sa-single-axle-utility/

If you want longer than 14' then you have to move up to a tandem-axle trailer, such as the 45SS.

Where to park it? The same place you park your RV trailer.

Home Depot rents trailers there for this very reason.

Cool

Ask a friend with a long bed to go pick it up for you.

or
have it delivered? Either way you look at it, you have to spend something to get them home safely.

With the tailgate down I'm 2" shy of 8' with my 5.5' bed. Carrying anything 10' long is easy. I carry my 12' kayak all the time. Just strap it down.

Go to home depot, buy wood. Bring it out to your truck and wait 2 minutes to see how everyone else is loading theirs. You will notice most contractors dont haul trailers for small stock like 10 footers. This is why we have trucks. Tailgate down & strap it down. Do a full loop around the lumber so its holding it bunched together, not just forced down. Flags and stapler are sitting at the contractors entrance.
