Default Heavy duty payload package rear springs on a max tow equipped truck?

I have a 16' 3.5 EB with max tow package. I currently have a Bedslide, Leer top, and a bed full of tools.... Looking to stiffen the rear up a bit. Also tow boats pretty frequently as well with that payload.

Can I install some HDPP rear springs, or are they dimensionally different than the Max Tow rear springs I currently have? Trying to keep it simple and stay away from air bags if it all possible.

Any other suggestions?

They would fit but there’s not much difference between them.

The difference in a 2013 HDPP and max tow spring raring is only a 500 lbs difference. It would be cheaper to add a leaf or timbrens. On my HDPP I added timbrens this time around. Previous truck I used supersprings the leaf type.

On my HDPP I installed an add-a-leaf and Timbrens.

I have a Roadmaster setup on mine. I's already an HDPP, so it's pretty stiff. They should work well on your non-HDPP.
