You have a unique truck, and there's not much information online about the power it can provide.
It would be helpful to the new/old members if you would run it all night in your driveway and post the results.

Thank you

Will NOT work on RV Plugs 120V / 30/50 Amp RV plug (modification plug/cord needed 240V to 120V)
It was designed for backup on you House
7.2 kW generator comes with up to six available 120V/20A and one 240Volt Plug

You put that in such bold print but I'm sure will work just fine using the adapter I put a link to. 120V is 120V If you have the correct blade configuration and watch how many amps you connect to it.

It's a math model...volts X amps = watts...so 30 amps @ 120v = 3,600 watts, for what SHOULD be your max draw from your camper. Obviously the truck has twice this output (max) but one has to figure in the 'surge' of a/c compressors kicking on, etc.
You should be fine. Probably burn thru half a tank of gas overnight.

There are only 120Volt 20amp outlets
and the 30 Amp outlet is 240Volt

There are examples online (youtube etc) of people with it working well. You'll need an adapter from the 240V 30A receptacle that will use one leg, or 120V and provide 30A. You might also be able to run a separate cord on the other leg just plugged into a regular 120V receptacle to offload a high draw device (coffee maker for example) from the rest of the RV panel if you are having trouble.

It's a little more complicated than volts x amps. Shore power will have a huge surge power capability, like you can pull 100A for a moment and not trip the 30A breaker. This works well for the high startup load of an AC. The propwer inverter appears to have very little surge ability unlike most pure sine inverters, so it can have trouble with AC compressors. A soft start system may help.

Various people have tested the fuel burn. Just over 1 GPH at 100% load and somewhat proportional usage at less than 100%.

If you are going to do this often, I would recommend a soft start capacitor for your TT. Less of a surge. I also would be very aware of AC, microwave, and coffee maker etc. TV is nothing. Gas, no idea, running empty would not be good, I'm sure it will depend how much AC actually runs.

I would recommend the supco spp6 hard start capacitor, I’ve had it on 2 camper ac’s and it’s only 13 bucks on Amazon. You can run a 13.5k ac just fine off a 120v 20 amp outlet.

I have no issues starting my Coleman Mach 15K BTU AC from a standard 15-amp receptacle, no soft start capacitor. Keeping it running for more than 5-10 minutes without overloading the circuit is a different story. Installing a non-OEM capacitor on many of these units voids any warranty.
