2019 F150 3.5 Eco w/ max tow package... I get the same high temps when in boost or climbing hills... never had a trailer on yet... but nervous to buy one and start towing 10,000 lbs if I'm already heating up without load. Dealer said it was normal and no code. but sounds like you've been able to convince them to do something????

If you are running low rpms on ascents, you are going to get rising temps with an ecoboost. Lock out gears to get the engine above 2000rpm when not towing or hauling, above 3000rpm when towing or hauling.
