Default Camping table storage

I have two folding tables we use on our camping trips. They fit into the storage bunks in our old camper but do not fit into our new one.

Does anyone store their tables inside? Looking for ideas so they don’t bang around.

So they wont fit in the passthrough at the front? I store mine there. 4 eyebolts screwed into the floor rails and two bungie straps and it hangs at the top. Saw that on a new trailer that comes with a table and that is how they set it up.

I lay a blanket down on the queen bed at the front of the trailer and then lay the table on top of that, it has not moved on any of our trips bouncing down the highway.

Nope. It misses the front storage hatch by like 1/2in.

Im considering rigging up something onto the rear bumper and strapping them on to it, but for now the best I can do is rest them in the bed room.

Anymore ideas?

Unless you go over some really rough roads/trails to get to your camping spot, laying them on the bed is easy and lessens the chance of damage to anything. I used to transport a 32" TV face down on the queen bed in a Class C, it never moved from E TN to Florida panhandle and back.

Switched to roll top tables. They take the same space as a collapsible chair.

How sturdy is it? The problem I found is that all the "camping" tables are flimsy and easy to have things fall over. I found the plastic folding tables to be the sturdiest, but they are bulky too.

My table is similar to the Coleman Outdoor Compact Table. The base is like a quad chair. It holds as much as I need.

Just picked up a 6' folding plastic table for $30. I have been using these for a few years now and they do the job well. Since the one I had for the RV had the screws all fall out, I was transferring the one from my RC trailer to the RV trailer, so now I saved $10 and don't have to keep moving it between trailers.

Camp field sdjustable camping table is also great. It includes a wide storage area underneath the canvas surface. This extra storage compartment can accommodate a maximum of 66 pounds, and it adds to the table's overall weight limit.
