Really good lists here. I will second the Cordless Impact Wrench. I love the DeWalt 20v Max stuff, but pick a brand and stick with it for battery compatibility. I think I spent $175 on mine, I bought it after being stuck on the side of the road trying to change a tire on the Sister in Law's SUV which must have been put on by someone who didn't believe in torque spec's.
It has paid for itself a couple times now, never know when you will need to change a flat on a tow vehicle or a trailer.

Extra wheel bearings and grease, tire plug kit with 12v air pump. Plug kit and air pump saved my butt in South Carolina last summer at 5am when I hit something in the road on I95 heading home to Florida.

Three things I always carry with when traveling out of state or more than a few hours from home.
Craftsman tool chest with 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 drive and sockets, gear wrenches, and various other tools. Comes in a plastic portable case
pancake air compressor, never know when you need to fill a flat.
30 amp generator. Always travel with it.
Spare 20# LP tank.
1/2" drive breaker ratchet
1/2" drive torque wrench
In the trailer at all times,
Impact and drill set
small tool box with screwdriver, crescent, adapter for the jack screws so I can use the impact to raise and lower them, along with items that may need to be replaced, or general maintenance. Also has the water heater wrench for removing and installing the drain plug and a couple spare plugs with teflon tape. Spare cotter pins too, though I do maintenance on the bearings every spring, so doubt would ever need them.
20-1# tank adapter for refilling the 1# bottles for the grills and lantern from the spare LP tank.
What I use the most is the flip screwdriver, it has two different each, straight and phillips bits. Comes in really handy, and the other is the socket for the jacks, it slips right into the impact. Last year was the first time I had to do on the road maintenance when the main breaker started overheating and tripping. The screw for the wire was overtightened at the factory and broke loose so had to find a replacement breaker and replace it. After four years with this trailer, it has been really good for us, the breaker was the only thing that went bad since we got it. But you never know what might go wrong so better to be prepared for the worst and not need it than to have the worst happen and not have it.
