Considering the differences from the 6-speed to the 10-speed, your 3.15 will be similar (slightly better) than the 3.55 on the 6-speed I think you would be fine.
I am running the 3.73 on the 6-speed but typically oversize tires so that drops it back down a bit.

Here is the link to that calculator. I've since improved it to let you punch in a specific speed and select which gear you want to see the RPM at for that speed.
